AGERE is a trade name of Agere LLC. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. References to "AGERE," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Agere LLC.

All products sold by AGERE are designated Research Use Only (RUO). They are laboratory reference materials not approved for human or animal use. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional buyer purchasing for legitimate in vitro or preclinical research purposes.
• You will not use, administer, or distribute these materials for human or animal therapeutic, diagnostic, or prophylactic purposes.
• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You accept sole responsibility for compliant, lawful use of any materials purchased.

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

We ship to US addresses only. Standard estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the date of fulfillment. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns are accepted only for errors on our end. Because these are research-use-only materials that can't be returned to inventory or reused once they leave our facility, we don't accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges. If we got it wrong — a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, or material that doesn't match its lot-matched COA — we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (for damage or defects) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

All website content, branding, product descriptions, and documentation produced by AGERE are our property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGERE's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of our incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
